Kids Club Members Visit FOX Sports Detroit Studios

Before Tuesday night’s game against the Cleveland Indians, eight lucky Kids Club members and their parents got the chance to take a tour of the FOX Sports Detroit studios in Southfield. The children were treated to a behind the scenes look at the making of Tigers Live, and got to hang out with Detroit’s favorite mascot, PAWS. A great time was had by all. A special visit for a very special girl

On Friday, October 22 the Detroit Tigers mascot, PAWS, made a special visit to a very special girl. With a Tigers gift pack in hand, PAWS made a surprise appearance at the home of Kathleen Edward in Trenton, Michigan.
Kathleen is a 7-year-old who is battling Huntington’s disease and was a recent victim of bullying. Kathleen was nothing but smiles as she was greeted after school.

The visit from PAWS included Little Caesars Hot-N-Ready pizzas as well as PAWS lunchboxes for AJ and his classmates at Tenniswood Elementary School. AJ personally received a Magglio Ordoez autographed baseball to commemorate the exciting event!
